Visit www.curocin.com, browse through categories, select your products, and proceed to checkout. You can order with or without registering, but we recommend creating an account for better tracking and offers.
Q2. Do I need a prescription to order homeopathic products?
Most homeopathic products are available over the counter and do not require a prescription. However, for certain medicines, if required under law, we may request a valid prescription upload during checkout.
Q3. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, but only before it is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. For modification requests, contact our support team promptly.
Q4. When will I receive my order?
Estimated delivery time depends on your location:
- Metro cities: 2–4 working days
- Other urban areas: 3–6 days
- Rural areas: 5–8 days
Q5. Will I receive shipping confirmation and tracking info?

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method, after product verification.
Q12. What if my order is delayed or not delivered?
In case of delivery failure due to incorrect address or unavailability, your order will be returned and refunded after deducting applicable charges. Contact support for help.

Absolutely. Curocin sources products only from verified, authorized homeopathic manufacturers and stockists. All medicines are clearly labeled with MRP, batch number, and expiry.

Yes. You can choose different potencies and quantities on the product page before adding to cart.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, strong odors, and moisture. Do not refrigerate unless specified.
