Refund and Returns Policy

We understand that in healthcare, trust and reliability aren’t optional, they’re essential. At Curocin, we do everything we can to make sure the homeopathic products you receive are genuine, properly packed, and arrive in good condition.

But if something goes wrong, even occasionally, this policy explains when and how you can request a return, replacement, or refund.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect
  • You received something that doesn’t match your order
  • The item has not been tampered with or opened
  • You raise the request within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused and the packaging and invoice are still intact

For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns for medicines or consumables that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Products that are opened, used, or no longer in original condition
  • Items returned without the original invoice
  • Products bought on clearance, as part of combo offers, or marked “Non-Returnable”
  • Returns initiated more than 48 hours after delivery
  • Items damaged due to mishandling, poor storage, or misuse
  • Liquids like dilutions and mother tinctures, unless they’re leaking or expired

How to Request a Return

Reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery:

Please include:

  • Your Order ID
  • Reason for the return
  • Clear photos of the product, packaging, and invoice (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll confirm approval by email or phone. After that, we’ll either schedule a reverse pickup or guide you on how to return the item.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking, wallet)
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, we’ll ask for your bank or UPI details to process the refund
  • Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded within 3–5 business days

Replacement Policy

If a product is eligible for replacement but is out of stock, we’ll offer either a full refund or suggest alternatives. For approved replacements, we’ll ship the new item after the return pickup is completed, where applicable.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting support.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may still qualify for return under the terms above.

Refunds for Failed Deliveries

If your order is returned to us due to:

  • Incomplete or incorrect address
  • Inaccessible phone number
  • Unavailability after multiple delivery attempts

A refund will be issued after deducting applicable shipping or handling fees.

Product Authenticity & Manufacturer Concerns

Curocin is a reseller. While we work only with verified third-party brands, we do not manufacture any products ourselves. If your concern is related to a product’s formulation, side effects, or effectiveness, we may connect you directly with the brand for follow-up.

Gift Cards & Promo Codes

Gift cards and promo codes issued by Curocin are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash, and non-transferable.

If you cancel or return an order that used a promo code or gift card, any applicable refund will be processed excluding the discount amount, or returned as store credit, depending on eligibility.

Promo codes are valid only during the specified offer period. Once expired, they cannot be reinstated, extended, or reissued under any circumstance.
