At Curocin, we are committed to delivering genuine homeopathic products to your home with speed, care, and transparency. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how orders are processed, dispatched, and delivered across India.

Where We Deliver

Currently, we deliver Pan India to all major cities, towns, and pin codes that are serviceable by our courier and logistics partners.

If your area is non-serviceable or has delivery restrictions, our team will notify you and initiate a full refund if necessary.

Delivery Information

We deliver across Pan India through reliable courier partners.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day after confirmation.

Estimated delivery timelines:

 

    • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

    • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–6 business days

    • Remote or Rural Areas: 5–8 business days

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments, depending on availability and logistics.

Every package is shipped in tamper-evident, hygienic packaging. Labels clearly display the batch number, expiry date, and MRP.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details on your registered email and phone number.

Payment Information

We support a range of secure and convenient payment methods:

    • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

    • Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, AMEX)

    • Net Banking (Available for all major banks)

    • Wallets (Amazon Pay, Paytm, PhonePe)

    • Cash on Delivery (in select PIN codes only)

Security & Transaction Safety

All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways using industry-standard encryption and fraud detection tools.

Curocin does not store any card details or payment credentials.

Payment Failed or Deducted?

If your payment goes through but your order isn’t placed, don’t worry. Just email support@curocin.com with the transaction reference or proof of payment.

We’ll investigate and resolve it, usually within 48 hours.

Order Processing Time

 

    • Orders placed before 1:00 PM IST are generally processed and dispatched the same day.

    • Orders placed after 1:00 PM are processed on the next working day.

    • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the following working day.

Shipping Charges

 

    • Orders above ₹499: Free Standard Shipping

    • Orders below ₹499: As per pincode

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.

Packaging & Handling

 

    • All medicines and health products are packed using tamper-evident, hygienic packaging materials.

    • Products are shipped with proper cushioning to prevent damage in transit.

    • All parcels are labeled with product information, batch details, MRP, expiry, and invoice copy inside.

Split Orders

If your order contains multiple items from different brands or locations, you may receive multiple shipments. You will be notified with separate tracking details in such cases.

Tracking Your Order

 

    • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking ID and link.

    • You can also log in to your Curocin account and go to My Orders to track real-time delivery status.

Delivery Delays & Exceptions

We work with trusted courier partners, but certain situations may impact delivery timelines:

 

    • Natural calamities or extreme weather

    • Local restrictions or lockdowns

    • Courier delays or transport strikes

    • Incomplete or incorrect shipping information

We will notify you promptly and resolve issues on priority if your delivery is delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.

Delivery Acceptance Guidelines

 

    • Please inspect your package at the time of delivery.

    • If you receive a tampered, damaged, or open package, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at support@curocin.com.

    • For successful deliveries, we may request OTP or signature confirmation depending on courier requirements.

Invoice & Taxation

Every shipment includes a GST invoice with clear breakdowns of product price, taxes, and discounts (if any). Please retain the invoice for warranty, exchange, or reimbursement purposes.

Non-Delivery Scenarios

Your order may be marked as undeliverable if:

 

    • The address provided is incomplete or unreachable

    • The phone number is incorrect or unreachable

    • You are unavailable at the time of multiple delivery attempts

In such cases, the order may be returned to origin. Refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting applicable shipping charges.
